Chapter 4-5: The philistines slew many Israelites due to their disobedience with God
6-7: The Ark of the Covenant was taken by the philistines
Chapter 8: Israel asked for a king
Chapter 12: Do not turn away from your God or your enemies will have their will over you
Chapter 14: Saul triumphing over the Philistines
Chapter 15: Saul defeats the Amalekites, but keeps their sheep’s, Axen, and their best of lambs which God told them to destroy
Chapter 16-17: David defeated the giant Goliath
Chapter 18-24: Saul grows envious of David and is determined to kill him without any wrong doing on David’s part.
Chapter 28: Saul seeks for familiar spirits with a wizard that tells him his death cause by disobedience
Chapter 29-30: David defeats the Amalekites for burning and capturing their wives and cattle’s
Chapter 31: Saul & his sons fall by the sword by the philistines
